LINCOLN AVENUE - GRAHAM AVE. dated to 1909 - Lies in Cove Orchard about three miles northeast of Yamhill. This road was named on the plat of F. C. Grahams Cove Orchard Subdivision in the 1890's. Graham avenue lies in Cove Orchard, about 2 miles northeast of Yamhill. It is named for Cove Orchard Subdivision dedicator (in 1909), Frank C. Graham.
